this is not just dub. i like to think of this track as grimestep garage. it's definitely got it's grime elements, but it's not quite dubstep. my opinion is that this track is closest to garage overall. in all cases, this is a large choon indeed

AS far as I know a "hipster" is someone who likes to tell everyone how they did trendy cool things before everyone else picked it up. Therefore, those who moan and whine about the good old days when they listened to dubstep and it was still underground, and how they have real taste, THOSE are hipsters, not the people who listen to Skrillex because it's the latest pop sound. If they weren't hipsters, they wouldn't feel the need to tell everyone about how they listened to it before it was cool.

LOL, I doubt there will ever be many people like me. Not to say that I'm amazing or anything, but I'm pretty unique. And for the record, I hate commercial music...but I'm not going to confuse my opinion with fact. Of course, it's hard to accurately define "commercial" music. There are real artists who have made it big...does their music become shit when it becomes popular? And what is the cutoff for numbers of fans before it's "commercial"? If comics are a form of art, so isn't Justin Bieber.

What I don't like about hipsters is that they are different to be cool, yet they all end up looking the same. It's much like punk rockers rejecting conformity and "not caring what people expect of them", yet they all dress in the same exact spikes and shit, and wouldn't be caught dead wearing a sweater because their clique might laugh at them. It's the same shit, just a different group you "belong too". I listen too all KINDS of weird stuff. I manage to be unique for REAL, not trendy "unique".

Hipsters listen to indie rock and psy ambient and acoustic folk, various shit like that, not fucking brostep.
