Luka's how line was so powerful, emphisising the robotic contrast to human voice. It could also symbolise and echo the meaning of the song, falling in love with a painting, as the robotic-ness highlights the inanimate voice and the difference between humans and inanimate objects Paired with the fact that the line is "Boku wo koroshiteyo" which means "I will now kill myself" just makes it so powerful
