ANOVOS Star Trek Voyager/DS9 Uniform Undershirt (Review)

This undershirt went through various colours throughout the series. From lavender to a bluish grey to a light grey and then a dark grey which they eventually settled on in Voyager. For some reason I prefer it to look lavender as it originally did in the beginning.

Very good review. I purchased the ST Kahn shirt earlier this year and ya OMG it's so soft and I've been tempted to wear it under my work uniform but didn't because I really don't feel like destroying a $50 shirt. Ya I was lucky and got it on sale. The fit is great and different than the Voyager/DS9 shirt your reviewed and is more of an "athletic" cut. Great review. I'm all for authenticity so I would probably bite the bullet and buy this shirt.

This always semi dad me of the long sleeve grey army physical fitness (PT) shirt. It even had that turtle neck like collar. I always felt so star trek when doin PT in the winter. Since about 2014 the army switched to a black PT shirt. If your looking for an inexpensive with a military heritage, alternative the old grey army PT shirt goes for maybe 12 bucks.

Thank you for this review. I was debating on getting this shirt, but now I see that I don't need to. As for the part where you cannot raise your arms without it riding up, you could add in (or have someone add in) gussets. I've seen it done, and will have them added to my uniform top, when I take it in to have it tailored to fit me.

Thanks for the great review, you mentioned the TNG uniform which you have and also mentioned the later 2370's uniform from First Contact on wards, do you plan to get and review one of those uniforms as well? I'm not sure if Anovos make them as my computer weirdly crashes every time I go on their website, but even if they don't, would you consider getting a 2370's uniform from somewhere else and reviewing that? Thanks :)

I purchased three different color mock turtlenecks. Gray Gray/Blue and light Purple. Unfortunately all colors were used. Also the stars of the series are all tailored for them in odd ways.

Thank you for the review. I think the price is to high for what you get. I thought it would have the zipper in the back as the real thing. I'd love to get one of these, but I'm pretty big and the largest size won't fit.

Thank you for watching it :) That seems to be the trend with ANOVOS. I have to shoot videos on the first contact uniform shirt and vest and i'm not that impressed tbh. It also sucks that all their stuff runs so friggin small. Even with proper measurements it's a crap shoot what will actually fit "right".

What is the true colour of this shirt? I've read that it's a lavender blue. Can you confirm?

I would say it is more of a greyish-blue tbh. In fact typing in greyish blue into google images gives you the correct color in the very first result!
