I stumbled upon this video today, and I must say, Vinay, your arrangement of Anpudayone Nin is nothing short of extraordinary! It’s inspiring to see how you’ve creatively highlighted the hymn’s versatility through the variations in melody, language, voicing, and accompaniment. Your dedication to blending tradition with innovation while making it accessible to a broader audience is commendable. This performance not only showcases your immense talent but also your passion for preserving and teaching the beauty of Indian Christian music and the Malayalam language. Truly an inspiring work-thank you for sharing it with the world!

What a beautiful arrangement! Great job Vinay. My son found this post & shared it with us. I got goosebumps when I heard the Malayalam portions sung by non Malayalam speaking singers. This is such an inspiration to the non Malayalam speaking generation of Malayali descent all over the world. Nothing can come in the way of worship & amazing talent. Thank you!

Beautiful! I will be showing this to my kids to make an effort to sing in Malayalam during the Qurbana and not to shy away from lack of knowing the right pronunciation.

So so so happy to hear that. Kunjungal malayalathil paadaan padichaale aduthe thalamurayum malayalathil paadethollu. All should encourage and empower kids to understand the meaning of songs and sing them. 😇❤️😇

One of the most beautiful Indian Orthodox hymn.. rendered the best and most beautiful way... But only 2k views... This is the problem with Indian Orthodox New Generation... They are behind the WORLD always.. Not spending a minute for God and their great legacy... Dear Vinay.. Hats off.. Remain blessed..

This is a chant composed by Syriac Orthodox Fathers; translated to Malayalam by translators in Malankara. This is true not only of this chant but the entire corpus of liturgies used by the Indian Orthodox, with one exception - the Hutomé by late Catholicos Mar Augen I who spent his formative years at the Syriac Orthodox Patriarchal monastery in Mardin.

Very nice to hear it. Felt goosebumps while hearing it in Malayalam. Don't know how to express my happiness. Do explore on Ekkara also. Would love it. Like singing a common song like Yajamaanan (Kookkoyo) in it's 8 tones.
