Oh wow, what a beautiful mount!!! My Joe x Puffader is getting to a Monster!!! It has been growing around 10 psb per year and these year's are fatter and a lot taller. But no blooms😢

Flowers will come, be patient. My one was a very small division but is finally starting to take of. I like those monster plants, even got me a Grammathophylum. Love the mount too. I just need an other African orchid or plant that can take the same growing conditions (warm, hot, dry/wet) to accompany it. I don't want to add Tillansia because this would geographically incorrect and would bother me. Any ideas?

They sound so Hardy, maybe I should try growing one and see how it does in my area, our Summer temps can hit 100F and we have spells of rain and Hurricane weather, Dry hot Temps through Winter, I love that piece of driftwood and your Orchid looks amazing mounted on it1 great video

They should do wonderful there. Stephen van Kampen Lewis grows them very successfully in Texas. They tough hard as nails!

Very nice video, enjoyed it a lot. It makes me want one but they are a bit large for my space, may be in future. Do you grow them in bark? Great mount, love it!

Thanks, There are many clones that stay more compact. I grow them in medium bark with some charcoal mixed in Love the mount to, only hope that it won't get to heavy over time

Now, THIS is a plant I would like - if only it wasn’t quite so pungent. ...An orchid that Really intends to live!

You beat me to it 😁 I have to order special round cork (and a lot) to get mine on a mount, it's a bit larger

If you want a seedling like this, let me know, I'm ordering tonight from that supplier. It'll be easier to mount such younger plants
