hi di. I got hansraj in 2nd round ab usme upgrade ka option dikha rha hai but Im wondering ki mujhe upgrade krna chahiye ya nhi. I feel hansraj has a better library even with computers for students and all their rooms have ACs. The library in hindu is slightly bad and kaafi jagaho pe ACs bhi nhi hai. I am wanting to prepare for further exam isliye library is important. What do you think ? Should I upgrade ?
