One thing what you have missed is: we need to add ansible-master public. key to authorised_keys in other node. Then you can communicate with nodes.

Thous are Cloud Instances not required to register Public key with authorized_keys and automatically get enabled from cloud side. If work with VM's, then go with authorized_keys.
