This song reminds me so much about my group of friends... It was the day of our last exam, and after it, we felt completely free. We went into a park and just went for a walk. The sky was clear, the birds were singing, it was warm and just perfect. We then went for a sleepover to one's house. We watched the sunset listening to music and crying, because we already knew we'd walk different paths in our lives. I remember being so lost and happy in that moment... I had wonderful friends, but we don't keep in touch this much anymore. I miss them, even though I know they weren't that good for me. I'm so lonely now, just had to let it all out. True friendship is a beautiful thing, so don't ever let go of it

This song reminds me of my best friend. She moved away, 10 hours away actually. It was 2 years ago, I still cry to this day, my eyes hurt from all the crying. We spent every day together. After school, I'd go up to her house and we'd hang out for hours. I remember walking down the road with her, snow falling, it was late, around 9 pm, the road was covered in snow...We had a sleepover that night! We had so much fun... I've only seen her once in the past 2 years. We made a club at my school, but once she moved, I was the only leader. I left the club and let someone else take over. Ever since she left my life, it's been terrible. My parents fight more, I've been failing my classes, I've been feeling suicidal, ect. The night after she left, I had a nightmare. It was about her. In my nightmare, she died. But, It felt so real. I woke up crying, and I almost screamed. I actually cried myself asleep last night... Bethany, If you're reading this, I want you to know that I miss you more than anything in the world and I would give anything to see you again.

This was the first song my partner and I danced to. It was after we went to a friend's musical and we went back to their house and I asked them if they wanted to dance. They said yes and said they had a song in mind and this is the song they played. I remember that night so clearly as it was just us dancing in their living room singing this song to each other and dancing even though neither of us actually knew how to dance. We were both crying as it all happened and I remember feeling so at peace during those few minutes of dancing and I knew that they were the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. This is now going to be the song that we have our first dance to at our wedding.
