ANSWERING A SUBSCRIBERS QUESTION || WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL DAYCARE PHILOSOPHY

It’s difficult to put all of my thoughts into one video but I will try and get through what’s most important to me. What are the things that guide my teaching style. What are my goals, beliefs and values when it comes to child development? What is my personal philosophy for teaching toddlers and preschoolers and what philosophy do I value on our classroom environment?
