THERE IS NO SUCH REQ CGPA IT DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SEATS ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PPL FILLED IF ( FOR eg YOU HAVE 9.5 AND YOU ARE THE TOP CGPA HOLDER WHO HAVE FILLED FOR THE CHANGE THEN YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET ITS LIKE THAT IT DEPENDS ON HOW MANY PPL HAVE FILLED)

Try opening that fee payment site on incognito tab and then try secondly pay whatever you are getting rest msg admissions query mail and they will help you if you still don’t get it

Actually near college there are two villages main that I know Inavolu and mandadam but I don’t think there is any hotel in either of them so if you want proper hotel you will have to stay in Vijayawada only there are all kinds of hotels so yup
