AOA Dr.waseem you are great motivator... you actually convenc me to do keto...I am very obese person I am 5.4 women and 105 weight...I try so many times different diets...but I loose weight but it come back quickly...I want to know if you plz help to tell me how much protein I need in keto diet...I will be waiting.. thanks...

Aoa,sir kindly yeh btyie k as IAM diabetic patient and was insulin taker but abhi insulin khtam krdi apk customised diet plan say Allhamdollilah weight loss bhi howa hay..but doc.hair loss bhut zyda horha hay as Pcos Ka problem bhut hay.to yeh hair loss k lyie kya krein..whether take any supplement.or any thing u recommend.sir please answer zrur kijyega..will bhi waiting ...be blessed always

Wou chawwal doctor hain. Cholestrol produces sex horomones, it's needed. Low hgh levels lead to heart attack aswell. 2-3 whole eggs should not be a problem. High carb and high sugar diet is dangerous and leads to high ldl and trigricerides level.

Hi sir . me Malaysia me rehta ho or mero age 23 years he Mera Wight pehly bi kafi kam tha lekin ab pehly sy bi kam ho Kar 57 KG ho Gaya he to sir na to me Yaha exercise Kar Sakta ho kaam ki waja sy or na hi koi or activity Kar Sakta ho Q ke Meri duty timing bohot lambi he . Me bohut tension me ho sir apna Wight barhana chata ho lekin sab bolty he ke agar me exercise nai karta to mojy protein nai use Karni Chahiye to sir please ap ko aesi protein bata sakty he jis ko me with out exercise use Kar sako please sir reply zaror dena
