You need to start chemical exfoliation once a week to remove upper layer of your skin and it will help healing those scars fast. But Skincare can only lighten those up try using niacinamide , glycolic acid, If You need to remove them completely Contact dermatologist because my friend had same issue and she did micro needling to fix that

Is it normal to get purging after using it? I have never experienced purging but after using this product for 2 days I can see a very little little purging in my whole face. Earlier I used the ordinary niacinamide 10% + zinc 1%. That time there was no issue of purging.

Yes.I faced terrible purging after using it.I was about to quit usuing it,bt somehow kept using it.after 1 month of using the seum the purging finally stopped. I think it takes time for our face to get used to it.
