@@unknownApl yeah I have been watching lot of both their videos and I think it is mixture of both of their mental health struggles and at the end of the day they are kinda fundamentally different people. Joey is more whimsical, fantasy and loves video games and Daniel is more adventurous, thrill seeking and outdoorsy. Of course opposites attract but to some extent you need to love doing the same things together. they had such a beautiful relationship that we were lucky to see unfold but as we can clearly see it didn't work out. IF someone was truly a fan of theirs they would respect the decision that they both made and stop with the bullshit questions.

Breaking up with a real love (especially long-term) is BRUTAL! It's totally normal to grieve such a loss for as long as it takes. It's not just grief over what was lost, but also of what might have been, what you thought it was going to be. No one has a right to any expectations or details about your love life or your relationship with Joey, especially people who don't even know you. I can recall many instances where I throw out those clues of me needing to talk about things or literally saying I need to talk and it’s like it scares people to talk about someone’s emotions and being a support system you know? Idk I just feel ignored and invalidated because no one ever checks in on me or says you know what I see you, I hear you, I’m here, I’m here to help you. the stuff with you “still being in love” + your response was so perfect. there is no time frame on heartbreak, there’s no guide, there’s no tutorial, it’s step by step and day by day and it’s different for every single person. some people get over heartbreak in a week, and some people take years, and either way is OKAY. heartbreak means mourning and grieving an entire relationship, it’s HARD and is a personal experience. very proud of you daniel, you’re doing awesome and your videos have helped me through my own issues and heartache. thank you for your vulnerability 🤍

I was in a five year relationship with someone I thought I would be with until we grew old. That shit is so complicated, and I hope you're doing well with it (as I am sure you are!) People truly don't understand until they experience that kind of love. "Still loving" someone is common. It's normal. It's HUMAN. But the thing is, Love is not the end all, be all and it also doesn't just stop when you break up. If anyone tells you to "get over it" they are probably extremely naïve and unexperienced, which is OK, but disregard their ignorance while you heal. My five year relationship took pretty much five years to get over. AND THAT'S OK. Love you!

Heart break does suck i was in a 4 year relationship and it was a first relationship and it hurt to leave because of course I didn't want to be alone. I was heart broken when i dated a guy (now i have a kid) who was good to me and my son. I was so broken for awhile and i felt i was inlove. I totally understand the heart wrenching pain of being reminded, I didn't have a social media public relationship or anything but i did get too attached. Its horrible, the feelings to keep coming up, and for awhile i never expected to find happiness but November 2020 found my Bf who is my soulmate. I do believe to take time away and find yourself after a break up, people who say to just get over it after how ever long a relationship or short when you feel you are inlove with someone. A break up is a heart pain that hurts way too much. Never be ashamed to be vulnerable especially being a star on youtube or celebrity status, or public on social media. I do hope Daniel find the love as i did i know i felt hopeless for awhile but hon, you need time for you and hopefully you find peace in moving forward. I totally appreciate you being open like this so hopefully the haters will leave you alone. Try a long term relationship and feeling so loved and losing that because it hurts. Thanks!!!

If someone says get over it, I’m about to rant so you may skip if you’d like. How am I supposed to get over my best friend on 9 years? She hurt me in a way I never knew possible, yet I still want her back. It’s normal to want someone back because it’s what you’re so used to and you just want things to stay the same. When things drastically change it can be very upsetting. I went through a depressed time after we stopped being friends. Almost every day I want to text her and be friends again, but it can never happen. I miss her so much, I miss all the fun things we used to do together, I miss the sleepovers, I miss everything. But I can’t be friends with someone who puts me down. I’ll always love her platonically because we were friends for so long and I don’t think I’ll ever stop loving her.

Lots of advice. Be happy. Don't explain yourself. Keep parts of your life private. Laugh until you wet yourself. If something doesn't make you happy and doesn't serve a purpose, get rid of it. Don't worry about what others say or ask, it's their worry not yours. Talk to friends (trustful ones). It's important. Even if you're happy to be alone it's still important to talk about your day. Keep your circle tight, the rest are acquaintances. Be happy.

I think you and Joey have set a great example and you both have been very mature about your breakup. I think that is important for people to see especially with all the hate these days! Love your videos! Hope you keep the puppy 🐶

I love that you're so open and direct. I have a hard time asking others for help too, but am working on it. Thank you for being so open about mental health. I've been in therapy for years and it really helps. The puppy is just too cute. Thanks for always making me smile and laugh Daniel 😊❤

You should turn her into and off-leash travel dog. Traveling with dogs is so amazing and I feel like you would really enjoy it. If she is car sick, they usually grow out of it by the time they turn a year old, from experience, but if she isn't thats good. I would say that it depends what you would like her to do to know whether or not how much training she will need. Goldens are working dogs so they are extremely easy to train and obviously she has a lot of golden in her. They are also very good off leash dogs, so I think you should consider it. Having a companion to go places with instead of being alone doing it is really fun, they also really like car rides so that is also a bonus, along with the fact that she usually sleeps the entire way to places.

I'm so proud of you for being so open about your mental health! That's a really hard thing to do, especially with emotions we put negative connotations on. I always get so angry with myself if I experience any emotion that isn't content and happy. I'm also a huge perfectionist with OCD, so everything in my life has to be perfect or else I didn't put enough effort in. 😂 Thank you for being so open! I'm so proud of you! Keep being yourself and put yourself first once in a while! 💋💖💖👑
