Sleep training as in letting them cry to sleep, going shhhhh to them while they are crying and exhaust themselves to sleep. And in almost 3 days they realise nobody is gonna comfort them at this time, so they keep sleeping. This is what is called sleep training where I live but explained in a well modernized manner but it is what it is. Never tried but definitely looked into them when little ones weren't sleeping well.
