This design file is long gone for sure so I won't be able to recall those, but I can tell you that the width of the feed trace needs to have a characteristic impedance of 50ohms or whatever it is you need to match to; one cool thing about a waveport is if you de-select normalize impedance, you can plot "Zo" in the results to find out the impedance at your port . The length of the patch is approximately half of a guided wavelength (so need to figure out what relative permittivity your substrate), and the width of the patch also has to do with characteristic impedance of the patch. The height of the substrate, well one thing is if you decrease the height you will lower BW, this makes sense because if you think as the patch approaches the ground the shunt capacitance increases and if capacitance increases then energy is stored and the quality factor increases
