This is where I have the doubt with my thesis. I can't think of the venturi effect.the problem I think is in the configuration

@Ansys-Tutor, nice video. I have a question: why the min velocity is not zero, for example, at 7:09 s of the video, since we have employed no-slip b.c.? I noted you have used the inviscid option. For this option, how does Fluent treat the velocity b.c. at the wall? Thank you!

Hello, great video. I was hoping if you could tell me or explain how you would verify and validate the results you obtained with experimental results. What exactly would you compare between the simulation and the experiment to measure the accuracy?
@AnsysTutor
@AnsysTutor 4 жыл бұрын
Any one parameter like velocity , tempt or heat transfer rate or any other parameter, can be compared with the experimental results. It's all depends on the availability of experimental data. If the data is in some kind of ratio, then you need to arrange the solver results according to that.

@@AnsysTutor Thank you for the reply! That makes sense. Does the geometry of the nozzle have to be similar to the experimental one to use the results for validation? Or is it just specifically the Area throat to exit ratio?

Bro, Data File Quantities is disabled in File option. Do we need to do any other adjustments? Can you pls reply on it ASAP?

First you have to initialize, then only you can able to see the data file quantities option.

For compressible flow its required to get the desired mach no.

@@AnsysTutor Can you please explain to me moreover what do you mean by the " desired mach no " ? in OTHER Side, there is another BC which is the Pressure Far field. What do you think about using this BC in our case ? thank you very much

hi sir, I have a convergent-divergent(steam ejector) nozzle problem too with watervapor as a working fluid, I didn't see a shockwave in your static pressure curve ,is it normal? I use a pretty big outlet pressure but the static pressure still the same

Why do we select energy equation on ?
@AnsysTutor
@AnsysTutor 5 жыл бұрын
to calculate the heat transfer , the energy equation has been turned"on". So in the result you can get the temperature change in the nozzle as an output.

Would you write the exact isentropic flow relation that you had used to calculate outlet pressure as 2814 Pa?

el cálculo no es realista porque no hay pared y por lo tanto no habrá fuerza de corte y disipación energética por ficción con el conducto.
