hi .. im curioous how the signal comes out when you blocking it .. ?
@jamdiversified96984 жыл бұрын
Hamid 2018 it’s plastic, it doesn’t block the signal.
@7amid-4 жыл бұрын
JAMdiversified so its make signal stronger and more strong right?
@jamdiversified96984 жыл бұрын
Hamid 2018 yes because it’s right below the power meter, these dongles don’t have much range

JAMdiversified im buying a smart trainer and i will put my under the bike near the trainer ,, so do you recommend me to do this hack or ? By the way i want to use trainerroad app
@jamdiversified96984 жыл бұрын
Hamid 2018 I had trouble reading my cadence when the dongle was plugged into the computer directly as it was too far away. You don’t have to do this hack unless you have issues.

Just stick in your PC !? You're making a sweat bath now.

Could you translate into French what is your Hack for? Merci JAMdiversified
@shirotaku6864 жыл бұрын
il suffit de couvrir votre dongle dans une chose en plastique pour le protéger ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@shirotaku6864 жыл бұрын
pas trop difficile de deviner le hack en regardant

Great way to block the signal getting to the dongle
@jamdiversified96983 жыл бұрын
Maybe if it was a metal lid, but this is plastic, probably polypropylene. A millimetre of plastic is not going to block the signal. ANT+ operates at 2.4GHz, just like most internet wifi routers, which you will notice either have external antennas in a plastic housing or an internal antenna which is obviously covered by the plastic case of the router. On top of that, this setup works totally fine so ummm yeah, I guess it isn't a great way to block the signal?
