The whole story is revealed in the trailer. Scott is a celebrity now but he misses his time with his daughter's adolescent , he realises he needs that time back. Kang offers him in exchange of some powerful weapon, which antman realises later and gets him a fake. So now the furious kang attacks him, meanwhile wasp brings the weapon and plant it in such a way such that kang dies. But in process of that plan Scott too dies. This whole thing shakes the multiverse and the multiversal war begins. The end
