It could mean that we must stay a safe distance away because they could be infected or dangerous in any sort of way. Or it could be budgey, since she had that hand accident which I wrote in another comment, maybe because we risk pony getting hurt if it’s zizzy, us if it’s bunny, or anyone else if it’s budgey. This means that any of the female characters who we know and were being suspicious could have been infected or anything or possessed by the insolence or mr stitchy, it could be zee since in another video antixx talked about her being suspicious because of the staring and everything. My theory: there was actually another female in the medora and her name was lyynyia (otherwise know as ghosty). She and the crew found an island randomly, then. Budgey, Kenneth and lyynyia decided to go on the island when they got on they found a abandoned cabin. They decided to check it out but lyynyia (just gonna call her lyyn) didn't want to go inside so they left her on patrol because she wanted to for some reason is still unknown why. So when lyyn was on patrol she found two odd necklaces so she decided to tell the Cap'n and Kenneth about it, so they went back to the medora to do some research. And then they had no answers at all. So lynn and budgey decided to wear them lynn wore the green one and budgey wore the red one. This actually didn't worry the crew until... Budgeys hand went missing, she started acting weird by telling many versions of her hand being missing they didn't know witch one to believe but lyyn had a feeling something was wrong with her. So she checked and she realised. It was a virus the red one was crused and the other one was a normal one so she told her about it and she got rid of it but then. Lynn heard something, she was very surprised as she saw an Infected on the boat, she ran as fast as she can until she got away. Until... She fell on a desk that had a bite pepper opened the door when he saw lyyn he thought she got scratched by the infected so pepper reported her to the Cap'n. She had no other choice but to throw lynn of the boat and for some reason she was scared that the ghost of lyyn (aka ghosty) would come back to haunt her so she wrote a note saying "I'm sorry -Cap'n" so that when that day ever came ghosty would know that she didn't mean it. She did come to the boat but she didn't want revenge she wanted to see what her old pal was doing(by old pal I mean budgey) but then she saw the note. She was confused but she didn't mind it anyway so she decided to stay in one of the crates for some reason... So that's probably why that "I'm sorry" note is there. Edit 1: (pin for pt2)

“She knows” Maybe budgey knows how to stop the spreading of infected? Since they also stated: “she has told many different versions of the accident,” and as budget said it was a swimming accident. Maybe she was out at sea and maybe the krapxicord is more important to the story? Maybe budget got bit or scratched or whatever by the infected krapxicorde and came onboard to chop off her own hand hoping the infection wouldn’t spread further. But maybe because the point of the infection was cut off the blood of the victim could actually save everyone somehow, or it could mean that the virus is still in budget but moving more slowly?? Or maybe she somehow just did get into an accident. Or maybe scratched by an infected? idk if this theory is overused but I just thought of it. but im not sure, only she knows.
