Reddit found it! 🙂 soundcloud.com/thhedk/antares-song That was not quite how I remembered it, but it's 35 years ago since I heard it, so it's ok 😃 I got the start note wrong, the bass pattern, and that awful laugh I couldn't remember either 🙂 ..also it was in A minor not C minor, but the over all concept was ok. :)

Oh yes, Commodore 64, Amiga500, Amiga 1200 and then I downgraded to PC in the 90's :D

...but I was such a nerd, I almost never played any games, even back then I played with Deluxe Paint, making graphics and stuff, and Deluxe Music and other music programs, and samplers. Even on Commodore 64 I had a sampler cartridge
