For those saying new monkey etc it isn't .. it's a Euro dance track that falls into same category as Italian as they were almost identical and mixed together in sets .. this is just sped up hence the voice distortion

...this isnt even Happy Hardcore. Its just sped up. Hardcore is actually produced at 165-170 bpm, not sped up. Learn your genres. Just because its upbeat with a chipmunk doesnt mean its Hardcore. People do speed up music on their pc's and upload it.
