No. Everyone else is wrong. It's clearly "I've got money coming out of the sky". Lyrics website rip off each other all the time, so when someone makes a mistake it'll be on every website in a matter of days.

0:04 there's clearly the use of the indefinite article "a" before the word in question... "a money" doesn't make any sense, "money" is an uncountable or mass noun... "a bullet" does make sense. It almost sounds like "a mullet," but both "b" and "m" are voiced bilabial consonants, so the confusion is expected. I'm going with "a bullet coming outta the sky" because "a money" and "a mullet" don't make any sense, syntactically and semantically, respectively.
