I've seen both seasons. Funny show. Fanservice is a little heavy (*snicker*), but it's so overdone that it just becomes part of the humor. Fun show to watch, but not comparable to Angel Beats at all--and not because one is better than the other, but because they are so incredibly and fundamentally different. Where Rosario + Vampire tries to be funny and easy to watch, Angel Beats tackles touch questions, tells an amazing story, and makes you really feel for the main characters along the way.
