Yeah totally agree, because Deng Xiaoping was never Party Gen Sec/Chairman, PRC President or Premier but was Military Commission Chairman and he was paramount leader, despite not appearing in this video. It's interesting how during his time the Party General Secretary, PRC President and Military Commission Chairman were all three different people, then from Jiang Zemin onwards it all became centralised under one person.
