Anthony Bourdain - Khash in Armenia

Anthony Bourdain tries Armenian Khash! A homemade famous soup.
It takes about 8 hours to cook it. The host of the Khash is Samvel Hovhannisyan.
The crew of CNN filmed this in Diljian in 2017 - beautiful city in north of Armenia.
We had many shots of home made vodkas and Bourdain enjoyed the day!
Anthony Bourdain explores the challenged history between Armenia and Turkey. Tony’s tour guide for much of this journey is Serj Tankian, the Armenian-American lead singer of the metal band System of a Down.
