I love that they didn't take Anthony's temperament fully away. We see his growth, but there are still the flaws in him that we saw from the start (extremely competitive, defensive, overly protective of his family's honour, etc). They're just portrayed in a comedic way now since he's opened his heart up and they really don't do much harm. Just little quirks that everyone else keeps in check, especially Kate. I'm so glad we got to see their life past S2. I hope S3 shows them coming back from India - I'd hate for them to leave the show entirely. Also I feel like we're seeing more and more of Jonathan himself peeking through his portrayal of Anthony LOL.

Completely agree, especially about Johnathan Bailey inserting a bit of his own personality into the character. I feel like that was harder to do in the first and second seasons because he needed to go through a very specific character arc (especially in S2). I had never seen him in anything else before but looked up some interviews of him when I found I out he’d been cast as Fiyero in the upcoming Wicked movie. He’s actually a pretty funny guy (total opposite of his character in the first 2 seasons). He’s also great in the comedy mini-series Crashing with Phoebe Waller-Bridge from Fleabag.

Anthony and Kate . Oh my God. They were great in their season, But this season they were spectacular. I tried watch s3 but just couldn’t. I cut through only to watch them. Take note writers, this is how happily ever afters are made❤❤

They were fantastic the actors did an incredible job portraying Kate and Anthony marriage. I also cut through some of for the other story lines to find the Anthony, and Kate scenes and Penelope and Colin.
