Can they assign Butler to the Skyforce. If they can and he refuses to go suspend him without pay. They will play him. This is a way to suspend him without pay. I just don't see them benching him just to pay him. I can see them doing this to show him he has no leverage. The heat should’ve just paid him because it’s nothing in this free agent class this coming summer and Jimmy was top of that. Last year was the year to make a big trade to do something and we didn’t, to add to the squad. Basically they could’ve unleashed some contracts to pay Bam and Jimmy, or if Bam and Jimmy was cool like that, Bam could’ve been like “give me this and give Jimmy half of this to equal out what he’s asking for.” Wade did it for Bron and Bosh, seeing Bam and Jimmy not cool like that these days, you live and you learn.
