All Kevin needs to do, is be funny. He's supposed to be a stand up comic, right? The guy is constantly angry. Complaining about practically everything & everyone. Work on your material and be funny. That's it. You can see why he irritates the majority of people, he works with. Not saying, that Kevin's necessarily a bad guy. He's just very hard work. Must be a nightmare to work with. Is constantly obsessed with viewing figures. Needs to chill out and be less acerbic and irascible IMHO. A suggestion might be, to smoke some pot, before his podcasts, etc.. It would help his creativity and mellow him out. Plus, put some information about whom the guests are too i.e. links for their work, etc.. Where to find them, etc.. It shows lack of effort and also indicates self absorbedness/egocentricity. As if you can't be bothered to help others I.e. promoting their work too, etc.. If you want to be perceived as professional, be professional in everything you do. It's that simple i.e. promotion, marketing, content, etc.. The palpable 'air' of a desperate guy, everytime I listen to Kevin. That negativity and desperation pervades everything he does. Needs to relax, focus and centre himself. Not be completely stressed and panicked, the whole time. Noone works at their best, under those conditions. Maybe take a part time job away from show business, that pays all the bills. Take the heat away, of having to make money from showbusiness and that might make you more relaxed and focused, comedy wise.

Pryor, Dangerfield, Carlin, Hicks, Kinnison, Chappelle, Doug Stanhope Joey Diaz, Felipe Esparza, Cheech & Chong, Joe Rogan, Andrew Santino, Bill Burr, etc. all have used marijuana & many other recreational drugs e.g. hallucinogens, etc.. Didn't hurt their careers. They were/are all 'world class' stand up comics :-).

@@martialway100 This list proves my point. Only a few of those guys are very good, but the ones smoking the most weed are the worst. For example; Joe Rogan and Joey Diaz aren't funny, they're just forceful and energetic. To my knowledge Billy Burr isn't a huge weed smoker, but if he is maybe that's why he's waned in the past 5 years. I stand by my point, weed doesn't make anyone funny, if anything it dulls them and takes the electricity and passion from their creative process. If Brennan smoked it, it would completely kill off his comedic character.
