What a freak. It's obvious Tugman never actually had the cash on hand to buy the watches from that guy in Sacramento. He lied his ass off to not actually go (probably beccause he couldn't convince the guy to ship him the watches) and made it look like it was the seller who inconvenienced HIM. He actually says he's in San Francisco, which is roughly 2 hours away from Sacramento (where he knew he had to go to pick up the watches) and he's crying to the guy because the bank/place where he wants to meet up is also 2 hours away? Busted. This guy is a wrecking ball of lies.
