First time hearing this song,so many are going through this and so many consequences behind being unfaithful to someone you truly love and want to spend your life on earth with. Made me cry, because I'm the daughter of an unfaithful man who cheated on his woman/wife with my mother (I don't know what the truth is behind why they were fornicating) and he not only left her; he's chosen not to be a part of my life either. I'm 59 and the pain shows up in so many areas of my life, especially trying to let ppl know I'm loved and valuable as a Blk woman. So many men and women make sex choices that their children have to live with all of their lives. To be completely honest,my mother never really loved me because of his rejection of her,not because he abandoned me. Yes I had a roof over my head and other provision and she worked hard,but the lack of love and mental and emotional abuse was very present and when she whooped me I got whipped. I think back on it and the scars are very present in my spirit. I need to be set free,be cause I too was that woman with men and to my children. Get CLOSER TO GID AND SEEK HIS WILL FOR YOUR LIFE AND LET GOD CHOOSE YOUR MATE AND PRAY FOR A WAY OF ESCAPE WHEN TEMPTED BY LUST. I'm a lust child (Break the curse and loose the chains LORD IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS...SET ME FREE AND I WILL BE FREE INDEED).

Always remember you have a Father who is greater, more concerned, more loving, forgiving, affirming, and involved that anyone we have on earth, even when earthly vessels (like mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, relatives, and friends fail us. I had a father, mother, and6 other siblings, but I went through years of abandonment, mental and physical abuse, and rejection to the point of suicide at13. It took me a long time to overcome my issues. One day I was talking to God about my father and my pain, and I heard so clear, “But I’ve always been your Father, and a Father to you. I’m not like him.” Something broke in me and off of me. I realized i was actually afraid of God, Our Father, and in many ways falling short, because of how I was treated by my earthly father. Deep down, I knew He was right and I began a different, healing, and affirming relationship with God, but now being thankful for His love and looking back to see and understand that He was/is always with me, and the real reason I’m here today and (now) thriving in life is because He did not allow what I went through to negate or cancel me or His purpose, plan, or the destiny that I was born for. I know God loves you, so much so that He sent His only Son to die for our sins, AND to restore the sacred relationship and communion He originally intended for us to have with Him.. I am praying for you. Believe it or not, I know more people like you and me, and I/they have found new purpose and zeal for life once they were able to see that the Good Father has always watched over them, and He is also the reason none of those things were able to take us out or defeat us. You are loved, you are seen, and you are cared for more than you know right now. ❤
