Dubious is NOT a "Paper Champ" What happened was the Dubious won against Hrgovic who was the interm IBF Champion, that made him interm Champion. IBF were going to strip Usyk of the title in the next week. Usyk put the video out relinquishing the title & that made Dubious full IBF Champion.
