Absolutely not and by the way Acts 2:38;is not referring to a water baptism there actually it's a supernatural baptism of grace also Mark 16:16 and Acts 22:16 the grace of God kicks into the spirit and souls of. a person when they believe and confess Christ as Savior that grace baptizes the inner man Acts 2:38 and Romans10;9-10 are the same thing
