Wir waren Studionachbarn als das Album von Ihm komponiert wurde . Ein zeitloses Meisterstück .Anthony ist im Studio eine Maschine und einer der besten Komponisten die ich kenne . Er ist aber auch als Mensch ein Vorbild mit einem herausragenden Character . Danke Anthony für unsere wunderbare Zeit damals . Du verdienst in meinen Augen viel mehr Anerkennung nicht nur für das was du als du Musiker für die elektronische Musikszene erreicht und beeinflusst hast , sondern auch für das was du an Nachwuchsförderung alles getan hast . Du bist und bleibst ein ganz wunderbarer Mensch .

1st time I heard this tune was some 20 years ago at a New Year’s Eve party, in a ranch in Brazil in the middle of who knows where! It blew my mind. The whole album is a gem and it brings me memories of the best time of my life

This is my favoruite Anthony Rother track. First time I've listened to Anthony Rother in the US. In Florida "Redlight District" is an popular track at Hip Hop block parties. Since the first time I've heard that song I liked the dark, mistanthropic atmosphere of "Red light district". Back in Europe I realized that Anthony Rother is in fact a serious artist.
