Pretty much. I have comments from 2008 on the account that I am using right now. I had this account since I was 11 but I lied to KZbin that I was 15. I am actually 23 now, lol. In 8 years the comments by people your age are going to be rare to find in the same way that 90's babies have now disappeared and got taken over by 2000's babies(back in 2008-2011 it was mostly people born in the 80's and 90's who were in the comment section). It is due to the fact that we have less free time compared to when we were teens and preteens. The same applies to culture; the music and singers in 8 years from now is going to be unbearable to your ears and that is when you realize that you are no longer the "it" generation, you no longer know who is famous anymore and start to find anyone under the age of 21 annoying, immature and childish as heck.

Why is it pitched?

The instrumental is pitched to match the key of Lady Gaga's voice. It is done or else the song will sound "off." If you listen to the original demo version of "Only Girl" it was also in a different key because it was sung by a different artist, but the song was pitched down to match Rihanna's lower voice.
