at 19:20 he says why he doesn't buy a void staff. Thing is a void staff would have been more damage to every enemy champion across the board in cases he doesnt get his charm off. It's about the same if he does.

youre wrong they have too low magic resist for a % shred to matter. i will kill them in 1 shot no matter if i W or not. void staff would have been a terrible buy and a waste of gold as well as a decrease in your damage. very grief to go void here. you need lich bane asap. i cant kill aatrox nor akali in 1 shot if i go void and i lose the game HARD

What build is better Is electrocute or bullet evelynn? I like bullet alot but have a hard time ganking since I need to wait so long for boots and nothing else but boots feels useful

Electrocute is ALWAYS better, boots are crucial for early eve as she is immobile, i hate so much the free boots rune, coming from 300k mastery eve
