Year 2016 Toyota started to facelift this ageing Vios Keli and introduced the new engine (2NR-FE) and CVT gearbox replacing the older 1NZ-FE with 4 Speed auto. This unit in this video is the 1NZ-FE with 4 Speed auto. Easy to identify by looking at the engine (1NZ-FE with 4 Speed auto is the black engine housing & 2NR-FE is silver housing). By looking at the gear selectors (normally conventional auto comes with "L" gear, D, N, R, 1,2,3)

I guess the model year confused me on the transmission. This year is the facelift year to the new CVT transmission and the owner also not sure about it. So I only can base on the website for the information. Thanks for the information given. You guys are awesome!

@@AnthonyLoh Yup...quite confusing as the prefacelift model come with 1nz vvti engine while the facelifted model have the 2nr dual vvti...One simplest way to differentiate is just look at the gear level... CVT model featured with +/- mode

To differentiate CVT or 4AT, look at gear lever . CVT will have manual selection. No low (L) gear mode. . 4AT have low (L) gear mode. No manual selection mode. . 😊

Hi Loh, I have watch other people review for this car, they complaint the car acceleration slow. But I watch your video the acceleration is quite good. Beside this, why your car keep have krek krek sound when the road is not smooth?

Acceleration is not bad. The sounds I believe is from some stuff on the car and not from the car itself.

OK, I read user manual, when drive 120km/h is it will show a signal icon that show 120 on the meter, it meants already over speed.

not sure about the price but the mileage is average for the years. You need to check the car personally or with mechanics for any problem that the car has or not. If all condition are good then just remain the pricing to survey.

@@adybad27 Aftter brought it? Perhaps you can check with the car dealer or the owner you brought from when is the last service conducted. Then only you bring the to do the maintenance services if needed. Next is to observe the car has any issue while using it.
