Sadly, I'm not in a position where I can be buying courses to aid my passion projects, but I've still got to support this endeavor. Your channel, your people, your guests, and your experience are all so valuable to music lovers, music historians, working and non-working musicians alike. Thank you for bringing us along! We appreciate you.

"I was fortunate to have mentor like Quincy Jones, Giorgio Mororder, Jack Nitzsche, Arthur B. Rubinstein... " mine are Anthoni Marinelli, and Dr. Mix, not directly, never meet you in person, but all your content help me to get into synth history, and how to use this amazing intruments.

frankly, I never really look at courses or stuff of that nature since nobody I really look up to does that sort of stuff, but anything by Marinelli is something you can take to the bank. Absolutely need to check this out

Amazing! Any chance of a Synclavier course? You are the master after all. Great work and the best channel on YT by far.

With Black Friday sales going on, I've been holding off from GAS by telling myself I need to improve my sound design skills before getting anything else. I was looking into Syntorial just yesterday, and now you announce your course. One question. I get that the basics carry over, but will everything be taught on an ARP2600 or will other synths (like Korg MS-20 or Moog) make appearances?

Excellent idea Anthony! Is the whole course centered around the 2600?
@anthonymarinellimusic12 сағат бұрын
I chose to teach the course using an ARP 2600 because its panel layout was strategically designed for modular learning by Alan R. Pearlman. I can attest that the knowledge it gives you will immediately translate to ANY other synthesizer that you want to play. I strongly recommend that you follow along in each lesson with your favorite synthesizer or plugin that employs subtractive synthesis, it certainly doesn't have to be a hardware ARP 2600. I designed this course to offer you immediate results by learning my time-tested method used on hits, regardless of your level of experience or your ability to purchase expensive vintage synths.
