11:30 alexinho is using the uvula, it’s called vocal base. It’s something he uses quite a lot. For example pwad uses vocal base a lot it’s his main bass and I use it sometimes also, it sounds really good

the bass you got confiused with is called starsky bass, and it is made with the uvula, its like the stereotypical noise people make when they're about to spit, pitched with an open mouth filter
