Glad you picked up on his sound quality. Wing's dynamic control and sound quality is next level honestly - the way he places his beats and fills is so intelligent and is always flawlessly executed. Dude is an artist with his beats - he really paints a picture and takes you on a journey. He placed 3rd in the overall eliminations (behind NaPoM who got 2nd). Wing was my 2nd favorite elim overall (after River). I love how Wing proves again that you don't need to deploy crazy techniques constantly throughout your routines - sound quality, control, and structure trump all. Wing had those in abundance.

Wings GBB21 Showcase might be one of the sickest showcases ever done. All of the judges were like "why the fuck did we not let him pass through wildcard stage?!"

so since the internet loves its tier list. I can present one. But first I have to say I saw this, never heard of wing prior and lost my cool. This set made me call him the goat of this gbb. Its like you said, clean, delivered, precise, exact and heavily rehearsed. F Tier - Boots. A solid basic bada bah. E Tier - Cats. A rhythym that can work. D Tier - Boots and Cats one after the other C Tier - Boots and Cats at the same time. After this is when you get into the really good league. B Tier - Breath Control and Cadence. This is not easy to keep or do. A Tier - Advanced sounds in addition to Boots and Cats with Cadence and Keeping your breath still. Pro level S Tier - Boots, Cats and Advanced sounds at the same time while maintaining cadence with your breath control.
