He definitely should have a beard, I assume he lacks one here simply so his mask would actually fit. I feel they should have given us an alternate head to remedy this so we could have an actual Hanzo Hasashi head.

Also, companies communicate, you make it sound like they gave Mezco the go ahead and never coordinated. The beard was most certainly known about, but it wouldn't work with a removable mask. The omission is understandable, albeit poor regardless.

Look at your KZbin videos you have uploaded. You're no older than 11 years old, MAYBE 12 or 13. Why do you go around acting like a shithead, clogging up comments and starting arguments on videos? Just stop, go away and let people be. Don't be a stupid child, no one likes them. Children should be seen, not heard. Best scorpion figure ever made. I love it that you can take the mask of. And ofcourse the weapons man ,his famous two swords,dope as ....! And i love it that they added not one but two pieces of chains for this figure. Great review A.

people here are complaining he has no beard? why? last time i played he had NO beard in this costume when you do scorpions fatality. so it is accurate, he only has a beard in his Hanzo form. fantastic review, Anthony. ill definitely pick him and suby in the wild. people online are asking 25+ for them each, sadly.

I was honestly annoyed with the removable mask. The mask, IMO, is what makes Scorpion more intimidating. Plus, like you said, the face isn't accurate. From what I remember, when you do play him in the story mode, he has the full beard facial hair. I'm contemplating leaving that piece of plastic over the mask, or if nothing else, gluing the mask on [it is rather loose]

+AnthonysCustoms I wanted to get a second one of these figures, and replace the head with a skull for the Toasty fatality. What size does the head typically need to be? 1/8"? 1/6"? Also, how do you make a proper sized ball joint in the head? Do you just pop the original head off and place the new one over the ball joint before baking it?

He lacks in a beard because when you do the "Face-Off" fatality, himself and Sub-Zero have a shared face, however in story or as separate skins they do have a beard

I glued my mask on as I hated the fact he doesn't have a beard. I bought two of them, so it doesn't exactly make much of a big deal. One is staying in the package and the other is for display. Nice review, man and I like the fact you have a good opinion about me!

No his face is actually very accurate if you play the game and do scorpions first fataliy to himself his mask will fall off and he wont have a beard, the only time he has a beard in the game is after he comes back to life (thanks to jonny cage and sonya freeing them at the beginning) when he re makes the shirai ryu @Hoss @AnthonysCustoms

The face actually IS accurate to this look. If you do a mirror match and use Scorpion's first fatality on himself, when his mask falls off and you see his face, it looks exactly like that. He's completely clean-shaven and has a human face instead of a skull. He has the facial hair on his Hanzo Hasashi costume when he becomes human again and no longer a spectre. Not sure how you guys all missed this. Clearly some of you have never played the game and if you have, you must have never done a mirror match with Scorpion.

What costume? Klassic and tournament have clean shaved. Default has a greying beard.

I have a Mezco 3.75/4 inch scorpion that comes with gripping hands on the figure and an extra hand that has the chain molded onto it. I feel that if I try to change the hand it will snap has anyone had this problem with a 4 inch scorpion?

The reason it is not accurate is maybe is because scorpion never takes off his mask while undead SPOILERS BELOW When he became a human again that is when he dont wear a mask and you can see his face

In the comics, released before the game if I'm correct, he is back to being human and he still worn the mask and hood. I think the reason the face maybe off is because he doesn't have the beard I dunno.

Aaron Chesko I just did some research. This head might actually be accurate. If you do the stop-ahead fatality on any of the costumes EXCEPT for his Hanzo Hasashi alt., Scorpion appears to be beardless underneath. I think the beard is something that grew in after he was freed from Quan Chi's control, just like Sub-Zero's. I thought it was inaccurate at first too, but you have to remember that the Hanzo Hasashi alternate outfit is how he looks about 20-25 years into the future, a time period that this costume doesn't depict.

Blazeplaysgames Actually taking off his mask isn't really what reveals his skull. His Hellspawn face is something that he does on command (Like Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider). You should read the new komics; they show this happening in the first few issues.
