@@stevewalton7897 There are plenty of reasons why they should make a Radditz. The fact that he is relatively weak by DBZ/DBS' standards and that his appearance was rather short lived doesn't mean he is trash. He is iconic as the first villain Goku faced in DBZ. Piccolo and Son Goku had to bury the hatchet and go after him together. He was legitimately threatening and gave his two opponents a difficult challenge. Goku died for the first time because of him. On the practical side, a Radditz figure would also complete the Saiyan team, we already have a Nappa and two scouter Vegetas so... Personally, I'd rather they made a Radditz, a Cui, a Tambourine or whatever "minor" villain than yet another pseudo new Son fucking Goku. And Radditz is cool, man.

Wow, I'm actually glad the box is changed instead of just a recoloring of the original. This Broly is supposed to be the proper colors based on DBZ Movie 8 where the original figure seemed more like Broly's Second Coming, the 2016 SDCC ver. being with his actual green LSSJ hair. Is it bad the most I'm impressed about this figure is the packaging?

Completely wrong lol OG Broly is based off movie 8, 2016 SDCC Broly is based of his look in the DBZ Battle of Z video game intro, and this version is a mixture of both and somewhat different as he has a purple skirt piece instead of the traditional red one Broly wears. Look at his character model in FighterZ and you'll see that the first Figuarts Broly is the most accurate.

Incorrect. Original release is the most accurate depiction of his first appearance. Broly was never that tan, especially in his Legendary form nor did was his skirt piece purple. 2016 SDCC Broly is based of his look in the DBZ Battle of Z video game intro.

You a Shark No. The Event Excluse is the most accurate of all three. Broly doesn’t have a bright yellow hair it’s the right light shade of green and his skirt is more of a maroon-burgundy color tone. I’m happy that Tamashii paid attention to Broly’s true color scheme from the first movie. The first original release is more accurate from the Second Coming movie and the SDCC 2016 is more similar to the games.

One huge difference is the new version has shading on the face. It's so noticeable I'm considering using a brown Gunpla marker to copy it on my Chinese knockoff SSJ3 Broly head.

So I just got this same figure at NYCC and I am having the same problem with the leg joint, yet in the opposite side. I thought it was only me, but it seems to be a manufacture issue.

The original is still the best. The others have green eyebrows. Whereas Broly still has yellow eyebrows in the anime when his hair appears green. I continue to believe that his hair is never truly green but just green energy running through yellow hair. Yes I am trying to justify the original... 😬

One thing I will suggest and maybe you will or will not like it, I picked up the bandai figure rise build kit broly, he's affordable, articulated, scaled with figuarts, but the only issues (if you can call them issues) are you have to build him and there isn't any paint.

BlackNight 710 let me tell you 17 and 18 are good, out of scale and kinda odd looking but they are better to have than nothing. 18's left leg for me is a little easily to detach along with 17's neck being loose. I have quite a few of the build kits excluding ssj 1, blue, and 3 Goku. Ssj and blue Vegeta, along with krillin and base form Goku. So any questions and I can give my honest opinion on any of them if you're interested.

Hhhmm I'm wondering how's the joints compared to the first version. I'm talking about the tightness. None of the reviewers mentioned about this aspect but they did for other updated figures. Example are the Premium Cell and Frieza 2.0 they fix the joints tightness. Because older versions seems prone to suffer from the loose joints. I'm wondering whether the OG Broly's joints are already as good as the latest version. Can any one help me clarify on this matter are much appreciated.

AnthonysCustoms Is there any way that you could make a custom Normal Broly figure? Broly stands much taller than Goku in his base form and is quite large, but not Bulky like his Legendary form. I wonder if that could be done in the style of Figuarts. Just wondering if it could be done.

SDCC 2016 Broly is the best it’s the perfected combination between SDCC 2018 Broly and the first SH Figuarts Broly.

There is no 2018 SDCC Broly.....Vegito was the 2018 SDCC exclusive. 2014 Broly is the most accurate to his appearance from movie 8. Just look at his model in FighterZ and its clear that the 1st release is the best. 2016 Broly is based off his look from DBZ Battle of Z video game intro. Only Vegito is SDCC exclusive... Broly and Cell aren't. Vegito has special SDCC packaging for SDCC with more English localization, including spelling it "Vegetto".

Alex Hoover aye try Mercari app homie, there’s a decent bit on there & most of the time you can find someone who’ll work out a deal, I’ve seen some go for $100~$120 range, & I just lucked out & was able to cop one for $90, so it’s definitely worth checking out homie, there’s always some really good random deals on there, you just gotta keep an eye out for them,
