The other way you could be missing "Develop RAW" is if you've bought a recent model of camera that isn't supported yet. Until the most recent update, I had to use Adobe DNG converter to get access to Develop RAW with files from a Fujifilm X-H2. They were recognised as raw files in the catalogue and previewed fine. I was just missing the RAW in Develop.

Thanks Anthony for your videos, they're always well explained, not rushed and I've learnt lot from you - so many thanks. I have a question, if you make a single image HDR is there an easier way to get the original image as a layer so you can combine the 2 as you showed in this video? I find having to go into Windows explorer to find the original image too cumbersome. I've tried duplicating, but that doesn't seem to work when I go across to Edit. Keep up the great work.

Not that I've found just yet. Hopefully an easier method will be built into NEO soon.

Color. Brilliant stuff. I enjoy your teaching style. I also love the way you come up with topics on things I didn't even know that I needed to learn. I've dabbled with all of the tools in Neo, but you take their use to the next level which I appreciate. I truly feel like my editing is improving thanks to these videos.

Thank you very much for your video. I tried to use it on a MAC, but it seems there are no profiles available for the XT-4. As I saw you also have XT-4 in your files, I assume you also have one. What did you do to resolve the lack of profile available?

Im a capture one user but its quite an old version 11 I think, I got it for tethering but don't do that anymore. But the price has shot up and I only do basic editing and a bit of spot removal, I use Affinity Photo (plus the suite) for artwork. Im just thinking about saving some money and moving to Luminar for the basic 'session' work - do you think ill be ok. My reference to 'basic editing' Exposure Clarity Structure Shadow Highlight Saturation Colour temperature Sharpness Noise reduction Cropping ... then a batch export. ⭐PS is there a filmstrip view - cant see it on any video
@AnthonyTurnham Жыл бұрын
Great question. Yes to Luminar being more than capable for your editing step list. However, while you can sync adjustments across photos working with batches can be system taxing and therefore a bit slow. I often do batch exports when I'm taking a break from the computer.
@markshirley01 Жыл бұрын
@@AnthonyTurnham is there a filmstrip view (horizontal or vertical) so I could click through the images that I want to work on.
@AnthonyTurnham Жыл бұрын
@@markshirley01 I'm away from the computer to double check. I think so 🤔. If not the G key takes you to the grid view where you can favourite images and move to collections for editing.

At 2:13 in, you went outside of Luminar to get the HDR image, but you forgot to show us how to export the image out of Luminar so that we could do what you did. 🤷🏼♂ EDITED to say that I found out how to do it myself.
@AnthonyTurnham2 жыл бұрын
Hi. Yeah, good point, I'd left it out of this one as I've covered it a few times before and just wanted to focus more on using the colour harmony tool itself.
