Saw Anthrax on that tour in December 1990 as special guest for Iron Maiden in Hanover, Germany. Was 18 years old. Almost 30 years ago, time is running so fast.

I remember how back in the day we felt as though Anthrax's _Persistence of Time_ was their equivalent to Metallica's _…And Justice for All_ and Megadeth's _Rust in Peace._ As close to an all-around masterpiece album as they could get, and they had already released landmark milestone records.

Anthrax Is one of my favorite bands,and Rhianna one of my favorite singers.Rhianna and Anthrax both sing about the darkness of the soul.After all most singers wont be singing about her husband burning her alive Rhianna does.I listen to both metal and other forms of music because I like them.I dwell in the darkness and admire both bands and singers willing to explore it.

Great memories.At my high school we had a radio station that was ran by metal heads from the AV club.And every morning they would jam out to Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax and whatNOT before home room tardy bell.it was an open campus so it was on all the speakers outside as well.

My favorite time I've seen ANTHRAX live was December 5th 1997 @ Tampa Fairgrounds Tampa Fla. w/COAL CHAMBER & PANTERA. Phil Anslemo came out and did a CELTIC FROST cover with ANTHRAX

John is a good singer when the band knows how to use him case in point ARMORED SAINT. Anthrax however became a poor man's Pantera in the 90's to the point that dimebag had to come play on their albums to make them even more Pantera than they where already trying to be.
