Anthurium veitchii type and veitchii

Our mother plants of Anthurium veitchii type and Anthurium veitchii, growing very happy at our nursery Ecuagenera in the Amazon basin, this is a very beautiful species, here some variations in leaf shape.

I ordered an anthurium veitchii from you, in 2-3 days after it arrives, the leaves starting getting brown. Himidity is 60-70% soil is bark and there is a spagnum moss top of it, I dont know what is the problem. Getting brown very fast :( Thx

They don’t like to be dry. I’m watering about every 3 days. They like moisture but not setting in water. Good luck

They don’t need high humidity. They will acclimate to normal home conditions. That’s why veitchiis are so good. They’re not like the other anthuriums.
