in first pregnancy mother is found Rh Negative and Baby is Rh Positive so given Anti D injection within 72 hours of Delivery. Now she is second time pregnant with twins and ICT is negative so my question is that is there need of repeat Anti D injection at 28 gestation and after second Delivery.

Pehle delivery mein injection time pe liya tha but 2nd delivery ky baad mis hogaya to Agar 72 hours mein nahi kar saky injection to solution kia hai and future mein next bache ke pregnancy mein koi khatra hoga ya nahi Dr sahab
