I have the big one and I like the formula BUT the two shimmers (the light ones, I don’t remember their names) are very very subtle and with no shine or sparkle at all.. one of them is a slight duo chrome but it’s useless hahaha.. I would suggest to buy the mini just because one of the shimmers is from the norvina original palette and those are way more foiled :)

Honestly when I went to buy the Fenty SnapShadows I tried them but was unimpressed, and the person working at the Sephora showed me the VV Like a Boss palette which was marked down to the same price and had the shades in the fenty one I was looking at in a much better formula. For my cell bio class I make up and write down questions as I read the chapter on basically every detail, every couple of sentences or so. It’s very meticulous and time consuming but it’s VERY full proof. Since I started doing this I’ve never not gotten an A on his *very hard* tests. My professor tests on detail and this way I make sure I go through the chapter with a fine tooth comb and that I’m actually processing the information and can quiz myself on it later. Before, I used to read my textbook and it would go in one ear and out the other. I’ll give an example: -textbook: in the electron transport chain, the first transfer of electrons is from Nadh to coenzyme Q. The complex is called nadh - coenzyme Q oxidoreductase, also called nadh dehydrogenase. The transfer of electrons causes 4 protons to be pumped into the inner membrane space of mitochondrion, creating the electrochemical proton gradient responsible for ATP synthesis. The questions I’m writing down to quiz myself on as I’m reading: - what are the 2 names for the first complex in the electron transport chain? - the first transfer of electrons is from what to what? -how many protons are pumped from this transfer? -what does proton pumping create and what is it’s end result? This is kind of similiar to flash cards except I don’t write down the answers I just recite them in my head, it forces me to remember them each time I go over my made up questions. I don’t move on from a textbook page until I’ve reviewed and answered my questions for that page once or twice. I really hope this made sense😅 I hate how much time it takes but I’m learning a f*ck Ton and have yet to score less than an A+ using this method.

Also ignoring the book of a comment I just wrote up there, my #1 studying tip would be KZbin VIDEOS. Sometimes it’s not the material or ur study methods necessarily but how it’s taught. So many amazing channels on here than teach upper level science topics in a way that’s easy to understand. I always do this before my method I detailed above. Because it gives me much needed larger context, or a framework before I start studying/quizzing myself on the nitty gritty. So many times useful KZbin videos shorten my study time by an hr or 2 because they just explained an entire chapter in 12-25 minutes. Always go to the comments first to gauge the usefulness of the video and if it’s stuff like, “you saved my life” “your better than my actual teacher” “college is a scam” it’s probably a good video😂. If they’re still asking questions like, “wait I thought succinate dehydrogenase doesn’t pump protons” or “I still don’t get it”, then it probably won’t help u much. And get specific with your KZbin searches. “Glycolysis” and “the ten steps (or the ten intermediates) of glycolysis” will yield very different results. Only might just be at a basic college biology level, (if that’s what you need then great:) and the other is specific to a higher cell bio/bio chem level. KZbin specific subtopics as necessary, not just general concepts. ( eg Cellular respiration vs the 8 enzymes of the citric acid cycle)

@Aya Ballout idk if any of this was useful at all but to summarize - watch KZbin summaries to get a good understanding of the concepts before u study - as you read/study, make up detailed questions on what you’re reading and answer them as you go along. Every page or so, go over your list of questions and make sure you can answer almost all of them Extra ✨ - ask other students in your class study tips that’s worked for them. Ask as many people as possible, including the smartest/most studious person in the class. - have a your fav snacks, maybe some hot tea or something, a lo fi study playlist, and a quiet distraction free area to study. (Basically have a good study routine). Good luck on your chem test!😊

So I love fenty, but the snap shadows... ehhhhhh😕 I didn’t have great luck with them. Others might like them, but I’m spoiled by my Oden’s eye, lunar beauty, Moira, as well as a few other palettes now and brands. I don’t think they’re worth the price personally. But like I said. Since makeup is very preference based someone else might love it or maybe I got a bad one.
