Anti Theft alarm Wiring, Pink wire and grey wire uses.

Pink and grey wires are two ends of NC relay. which gets grounded when alarm goes off, or you press remote kill.

That's correct, the Grey and Orange cable with an NC Relay can be used as an engine cut off switch, Connect the 30 & 87a Pins to the engine cut off cables.

Great Indian Jugaad . Thanks to this video. Its a great help for me. Soon, I am going to install this to my scooter. Kindly check if my proposed diagram is correct. On of each yellow wire, I will connect it to the positive side of my flasher wires (one at left and right flasher). For the Orange wire, I will connect it to the negative wire that supplied the key ignition switch. For Blue wire, I will connect it to the positive of the push button then lastly, I select one of the either gray or pink and I will connect it to NC relay at 86 then at 85, I will connect it to the positive supply of the battery. I will cut the connection of the ignition switch wire then I will attached it to 87a and 30 of the relay. Kindly comment plz...Tnx

+Oliver Pabualan what are these number? Where is the diagram? Flasher is the device which converts regular DC current into flashing current. I hope by flasher you mean indicators, ignition key or switch is, as name suggests a switch on ignition wire. So there is no negative or positive. So you have to make sure you connect the orange one after the switch, so even if the switch is off, meaning key not present or in off state, the current from orange wire can reach all necessary devices. Same with blue, it has to be connected to the positive of starter solenoid. Follow the wires from self start button they will take you to starter solenoid if don't already know that. And I don't understand rest of the codes.

The gray and pink wires are for the option of turning the engine off "Anti Hijack Mode", so these wires are very important and should be connected in series along the Engine Stop Switch circuit.

+Talal Altibany Not every Bikes engine stop or kill switch works in the same way, like in my Bajaj Pulsar(India) it does not ground the pulser coil signal, it cuts off the power to the CDI and starter relay motor. If your Bike has the switch which kills the engine by grounding pulser coil signal then sure, your method can be used. But since there is no grantee of what system your bike has its alway safe to connect any one of them the the pulser coil or timing coils signal wire going to the CDI, that way it will still work as "anti hijack thingy". If i do as you say and if someone tries to steal the bike by using a key or shorting the wires my bikes fuse would blow or the anti theft device could burn because of excessive current. Hope it helps. :)

I hope you can shine some light on my problem. I have the sabvaton 72150 controller that I want to add an alarm to but the seller from Alibaba forgot to add the anti theft plugs. My alarm has two plugs. One plug has red & black for (power), the other plug has three wires, Orange - for ignition (key), Brown- connect to blue phase wire for (mtr signal input) and blue to anti-theft. The problem is my controller does not have the plugs. I read in a forum I can ground the blue wire because it will complete the mtr signal (brown to phase) wire during activate ( alarm sounding) what you think? Thx for any help you can provide.

Guys if you press the electricity button on remote the pink grey wire is cut off. so use change over relay connect the number 30 on bat. then connect the 87a on cdi. 86 connect to the grey wire. 85 is connect to ground. and the 87 on indicator light means that is it light is on the engine won't run if the light on indicator is off means that the engine will run and pink wire is the ignition switch. I use cyclone motorcycle alarm

+Siddhesh RC i never said connect pink wire to ignition. Pink wire is basically ground wire, when alarm is active, and ignition wire is positive, when keys is on. You basically short circuited your bike. You may as well have burnt your alarm unit.

+lot gendrala I think spark timing on your engine is digitally controlled by one CDI. So there should be on one pulser coil signal wire, attach the pink wire there. So as to ground the signal which will take out all the sparks.

The second one should be of a pair, and it should be for the speaker. the one in the complete harness should be battery negative.

Came to conclusion that PKE of my unit is totaly useless. Using a relay I can steal bike ignition power with help of gray wire. But with PKE autolock alarm is not trigger when bike is hotwired only if moved and hotwiring disables that alarm. So for the keyless on my particular unit only pressing button of a key would work, not quite the keyless I was hoping for. Please share if you did find a way to properly use PKE to give ingnition power to your bike and switch it off after you move away from the bike. Thanks

you will have to manually check all the buttons on your Anti theft device, for there functions, simply put it just a set of NC and NO relays. each key turns one or more relays 'ON' or 'OFF'. so you can use one of the NC relays to act as ON OFF switch for another NC relay which will turn your bike ignition ON or OFF and the reason for not using the relay on the device itself is that it might not be rated for your Bike entire working load. It might seam complicated but it really easy. Good luck with your project.

there is not negative or positive potential. It is called potential difference. its the difference between high and low voltage. so -12v and GND(or 0 volt) is is still 12 volt potential difference. -12v and 3.3v is 15.3 volts

+pardha saradhi kannikanti it's very difficult to with looking into it, sorry. But I say you have a problem with starter relay ground. Bcs ground is connected only on neutral or when the clutch is pressed. If you have ground on starter relay in other gears then then that's your problem.

+William Hernandez the blue wire goes to the positive of starter solenoid or relay. ( soleniod or relay is a electrical switch,in this case a switch to turn on/off the starter motor, it general located just next to the battery and starter motor, and is connect via thickest wires in your motorcycle.) its negative input is clutch or neutral gear activated, and its positive is activated by the self start or push start button, Idea is to connect the blue wire to this positive. So that when you push the button on the remote and there is ground connectivity the start motor can start.

+William Hernandez orange wire connected to flash is okay, i mean it will work but it not safe, if you follow wires back you will find a fuse box between flasher and ignition key. You should connect the orange wire before that fuse, for safety. And for remote start to work the starter motor need ground as well which is there in case if bike's in neutral or if you are holding the clutch.
