Interesting interpretation concerning the "Beast." I hold to a different interpretation. I see Revelation 17: 8~13 interpreted as follows * "Beast #1.- Egypt #2.- Assyria #3.- Babylon #4.- MEDO/Persia #5.- Greece #6.- Rome #7.- Nazi Germany #8.- A revived European/ NATO Roman like alliance with the resurrected spirit of "Adolf Hitler." * This qualifies him with the deadly wound to the head that would be healed. Along with the persecuting desire to exterminate the "Jews." Being the "goat of Daniel 8 and "Mystery Babylon the Great." - A note here; Adolf Hitler saw himself as an extension of the "Greek and Roman Empire's." This then by way of supposition would equate the above theory.

Eze 38:2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, Meshech and Tubal were located in modern Turkey. Turkey leads the Gog invasion. Russia is part of the coalition as the far north but Gog is chief prince of Meshech and Tubal which was in the ancient Turkey/Armenia area. Watch for Turkey to resurrect the ancient Ottoman rule of the middle east. Turkey is Gog check ancient middle east maps. Ezekiel 38-39 describes the Gog battle or battles depending on your perspective. It is very easy to determine the timing of the Gog/Magog war. If we look at the end of Eze 39 we see a set of conditions that can only be true at a particular time in history. Eze 39:21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them. Eze 39:22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward. Eze 39:23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword. Eze 39:24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them. Eze 39:25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name; Eze 39:26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid. Eze 39:27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations; Eze 39:28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there. Eze 39:29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD. The conditions described at the end of Eze 39 can only occur at the end of the age. Israel knows God from that day forward, the gentiles will see the judgment God has dished out, God will pour His spirit out upon the house of Israel and no longer hide His face from Israel. God rescues Israel at the battle of Armageddon. So that makes the end of the Gog battle (Eze 39) line up with the timing of Armageddon. That makes Gog the AntiChrist which we see hinted at in Eze 38. Eze 38:17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them? God says the prophets of Israel wrote about Gog in their writings. This defines Gog as the AC since Armageddon is where God defeats the AC and company which is also the Gog war. When we search the OT for a battle in Israel that God defeats the enemies arrayed against Israel with Israel returning to the Lord for ever after. We find such descriptions in the Day of the Lord scriptures from the OT. The DOTL scriptures end with God defeating the armies invading Israel and Israel returning to the Lord for ever after just as we see in Eze 39. Peace, PTT

All assumptions. You are, like most everyone else who speaks about "The" antichrist, have added that word to the Bible overwriting God's Word with yours, as in Rev.13, for example. The term "antichrist" comes up only 4 times in Holy Scripture, but you've added to that number. While I won't waste my time listening to more error in your post... 2 minutes worth is enough, I will say, that by changing God's Word to your own private interpretation, is sin in itself, Rev.22:18,19, and casts on the unlearned the deception of such posts which is to Satan's advantage.
