Can anyone explain the last line of third clause of section 438 that if court of session allowed anticipatory bail and megistrate of first class taking cognizance of case decides that warrant should be issue in the first instance against the person he shall issue a bailable warrant in conformity with the direction of the court under sub section (1) .....plz explain ....sir ..or anyone ....thanks🙏
