I remember when this album dropped .. I still have the sick giant fold out poster/art. Anticon label makes this one extra amazing. I saw Travis play this stuff live at a weird 1 off show in KCMO, he was on his way to play live at some dudes private birthday party in the Ozarks or Springfield or somewhere. I really love Technomancer > it's heavier and harder than some of his other albums

It's Witch House, basically EDM from Hell :)) This subgenre has many flavours so to say, it can sound like this, retro synthy stuff or it can go into more extreme experimental stuff, like Blvck Ceiling for example.

Thank you and as someone that went through the 90s grew up in the best place DC so every other weekend or at least twice a month went to NY or Philly or I guess anywhere from there down to Fl.where farthest Chicago to see some DJs that were huge still are some retired some semi we are older now what upsets me is no matter what i see no dancing goth dancing is or was just beautiful and raving we had moves like liquid and even if either of those didnt look good nobody stood like it was a concert waving one hand back and fourth and i guess glad no cells because it would have been like spitting on whoever was spinning if we didnt lose ourselves dancing we actually broke a sweat it was sad to see what going to see Daft Punk turned into pretty sure they kinda thought so too thank you for bringing up the greats that began or at least were the ones that sparked ideas for others to try and keep up
